The agreement.
1. Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with MagnuMaster, a handcrafted decanting-cradle business operating from Tyrol, Austria. By requesting a quote, configuring a product or placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Products & configuration
Every MagnuMaster is handcrafted to order. Product descriptions, prices, materials and specifications shown on this website are provided in good faith but are subject to change without notice; the exact configuration is confirmed with you personally before production begins. Bespoke engraving is included as standard; custom RAL powder-coating is available as a paid option, while the standard coating configuration is anthracite with iron glimmer finishing.
3. Ordering & payment
Adding a product or configuration to the cart does not constitute a binding order.
Where online checkout and payment are available, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product by completing the checkout process and clicking the final order and payment button. The order becomes binding upon successful payment and receipt of the order confirmation from MagnuMaster, subject to product availability and acceptance of the order.
Submitting a quote request is a non-binding enquiry. No payment is taken for quote requests. A binding order is only formed once MagnuMaster and the customer have agreed on the final specification, price, applicable VAT, delivery costs and delivery details, and MagnuMaster has confirmed the order in writing.
For customised products, including personal engravings, custom colours or other individually agreed specifications, production may begin after order confirmation and payment. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
4. Prices & VAT
All listed prices are net prices in euros and exclude VAT.
For private customers within the European Union, VAT is calculated at the rate applicable in the country of delivery and added during checkout once the delivery address has been entered.
Business customers in another EU Member State may be invoiced without VAT as a tax-exempt intra-Community supply, provided that they enter a valid EU VAT identification number and all applicable legal requirements are met.
For customers outside the European Union, prices remain net of Austrian VAT. Any applicable import VAT, customs duties or other local charges are payable by the customer upon import.
The applicable VAT and the final total payable are displayed during checkout before the customer submits the binding order and completes payment.
5. Delivery
Available delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout before the order is placed. Delivery times depend on the selected model, destination and any personalisation, engraving or custom coating.
Any stated delivery time is an estimate unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. The customer will be informed if an order is expected to be materially delayed.
MagnuMaster products are carefully packed and shipped fully insured. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure that delivery can be accepted.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes when the product is delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier. Where the customer is acting as a business, the risk passes in accordance with the agreed delivery terms.
6. Warranty
Every MagnuMaster is covered against defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with the applicable statutory warranty rights.
As each MagnuMaster is hand-built and designed to be serviceable, its mechanism can also be maintained or repaired beyond the statutory warranty period. Please contact us directly if servicing or repairs are required.
7. Right of withdrawal

8. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Austrian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Austria. EU consumers retain any rights granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. For company details, see our Imprint.
