Purchase & Returns.

How ordering, delivery, cancellation and returns work.

Buying with confidence

How it works.

1. How to order

Configure your model and add it to the cart, then complete the checkout and payment process. Before placing your binding order, you will see the selected specification, personalisation, applicable VAT, shipping costs and final total.

Alternatively, you can use “Request a quote with this configuration”. A quote request is non-binding and no payment is taken. We will confirm the final specification, personalisation, price, VAT, shipping costs and estimated delivery date with you before a binding order is agreed.

For personalised orders, we will contact you regarding the engraving proof or other custom details before production begins.

2. Lead time & delivery

Because every MagnuMaster is hand-built, lead time depends on the model and any personalisation — typically a few weeks. The estimated delivery time is shown during checkout or confirmed with you following your order.

Every order is shipped fully insured worldwide and packed to protect every pivot and finish. If your delivery arrives visibly damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours so that we can promptly arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you. Please keep the original packaging until you have inspected your MagnuMaster.

The request to report visible transport damage within 48 hours does not limit your statutory warranty or consumer rights.

3. Cancelling before production

Orders placed and paid for through our online checkout are binding. However, if you contact us before production or personalisation has begun, we will generally allow you to cancel or amend your order at no additional cost and refund any payment already made.

Once production or personalisation has begun, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible, particularly for products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

For non-binding quote requests, you may amend or withdraw your request at any time before you accept the final offer and place a binding order.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This includes MagnuMaster products with a personal engraving, custom RAL coating or other individually commissioned modifications.

The statutory right of withdrawal generally remains available for standard-finish, non-engraved products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the applicable 14-day period. You may contact us directly or use the withdrawal function and model withdrawal form provided on our website.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, the customer bears the direct cost of returning a product following withdrawal. Products must be returned appropriately protected and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Further details are provided in our withdrawal instructions.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Warranty claims

Every MagnuMaster is covered against defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with the applicable statutory warranty rights.

Because each piece is hand-built and designed to be serviceable, its mechanism can also be maintained or repaired beyond the statutory warranty period. If anything needs attention, contact us directly and you will deal with the people who made it.
