01

Sizing & Fit

Every format from a standard 0.75L bottle up to a 30L Melchizedek. Adjustable clamps secure each bottle precisely — the L model covers 0.75–6L, XL covers 3–18L, and XXL covers 4.5–30L.

Pick the model that comfortably covers the largest bottle you intend to serve. L is ideal for magnums and double magnums; XL — our most chosen — handles jeroboam through melchior; XXL is built for the rarest formats up to a 30L Melchizedek. Use the size guide on the home page, or contact us and we'll recommend the right fit.

Yes — intentionally. A 3L, 4.5L or 6L bottle fits both L and XL; 6–18L fits both XL and XXL. Choose by the bottles you serve most: L is the best compact choice, XL is the best all-rounder (and most chosen), XXL is for very large formats. See the overlap table in the home-page size guide.

Then the XL is the safe choice — it's the best all-rounder, covering 3–18L with room to grow. If you're still unsure, tell us the largest bottle you can imagine serving and we'll recommend the right model personally; there's no obligation to buy.

02

Using It

No. The precision breathing tilt and dual-pivot motion pour gently and steadily, keeping sediment in the bottle and aerating the wine naturally — no drips, no loss, no traditional decanting required.

Yes — that is the point. The smooth one-hand crank lets a single person decant and serve even the heaviest large-format bottles with complete control and confidence.

For large formats, yes. The controlled tilt aerates the wine as you pour and leaves sediment behind, so you get the benefit of decanting without ever lifting the bottle from the cradle.

The powder-coated steel frame is engineered for a low, stable centre of gravity. On any level surface it holds even a fully loaded XXL securely throughout the pour.

Ordering & Delivery

Each MagnuMaster is handcrafted to order in Austria and shipped securely worldwide. Delivery depends on specification and any personalisation — one UK collector, ordering just before Christmas, was pleasantly surprised to receive his barely a week later. For an exact timeframe, just ask the team.

Yes. Every cradle is shipped securely and fully insured worldwide, packed to protect every pivot and finish in transit. We've delivered to private collectors, cellars and hospitality professionals across Europe and beyond.

Listed prices exclude VAT. Within the EU, VAT is applied at your country's rate (and removed for valid-VAT-ID business buyers under reverse charge). Outside the EU, prices are net of VAT and any local import duties are payable on arrival. We confirm the exact final total — including VAT and shipping — before any payment is taken.

Because each cradle is custom-made, lead time depends on the model and any personalisation — typically a few weeks. Standard finishes are quickest; custom RAL coating and detailed engraving add a little time for approval and curing. Tell us your deadline and we'll confirm a realistic date in writing.

It almost never happens — every MagnuMaster is packed in custom protection and shipped fully insured. In the rare event of transit damage, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you. Keep the original packaging until you've inspected your cradle.

Configure your model and add it to the cart, or use “Request a quote with this configuration”. Prefer to talk? Call +43 677 636 680 23. We confirm specification, personalisation, the final total and delivery before production begins — no payment is taken online.

04

Personalisation

Yes — personalised engraving is always included, at no extra cost. Add a name, a date, a cellar, an estate or your logo during configuration; you can also upload artwork (PDF, SVG, AI or PNG) for a crest or brand mark.

Custom powder-coating in your chosen RAL colour is +€550 and can be selected directly when you configure your cradle online. Our standard finish is a signature anthracite with iron glimmer, included at no extra cost.

Yes. Enter or choose any RAL reference during configuration — from anthracite to your own brand palette. The RAL palette is used as an indication only; we confirm the exact final colour with you personally before production, so what you receive matches your expectation.

After you order or request a quote, we prepare a proof of your engraving text or uploaded logo and send it for your approval. Nothing is engraved or coated until you've signed off on the proof — so you see exactly how it will look first.

05

Quality & Care

Every MagnuMaster is handcrafted from premium materials and refined over more than a decade for reliability and performance. Our team supports you personally, from your first question to long after delivery — something customers mention again and again in their reviews.

Very little is needed. Wipe the frame with a soft, dry cloth; the powder-coated, corrosion-resistant steel is built for a lifetime of service. Keep the pivots clean and they'll stay smooth for years.

It's built to be handed down. Premium materials, hand assembly and watchmaking-grade precision mean your MagnuMaster is an heirloom, not a gadget — corrosion-resistant and engineered to support even the heaviest large-format bottles.

Yes. Every MagnuMaster is covered against defects in materials and workmanship, and because each one is hand-built and serviceable, the mechanism can be maintained or repaired for the life of the piece. If anything ever needs attention, you deal directly with the people who made it.
