Which bottles does the XL accommodate?
The MagnuMaster XL accommodates bottles from 3 to 18 litres. For smaller formats, the L covers 0.75 to 6 litres. The XXL accommodates 4.5 to 30 litres. You can compare and select all three models in the configurator above.
How long does a made-to-order cradle take?
Each MagnuMaster is made to order in Tyrol. Delivery is typically within a few weeks. Please contact us if you need your cradle for a specific event or date.
Is personal engraving included?
Yes. A personal name or logo engraving is always included. Add your instructions or upload your logo in the configurator. A proof is sent for your approval before engraving.
How do I choose a custom colour?
Select the custom RAL finish in the configurator, then choose a colour swatch or enter your RAL code. Custom powder coating is a finish upgrade. Displayed colours are indicative; the final shade is confirmed personally before production.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. MagnuMaster ships fully insured worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown before payment.
Can a personalised order be returned?
Personalised engraving and custom RAL orders are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Please read the shop’s purchase and returns policy for the terms that apply to your order.
