Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs within the EU are calculated during the order process and include the applicable VAT. All amounts, including shipping costs, will be itemised before finalising your order.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (GTCs)

  1. Scope: These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of order to all business relationships between PANTRADE Solutions e.U. / Mathias Laurin Koidl, Bundesstraße 5 / Top 7, 6111 Volders (hereinafter “Seller”) and the customer.
  2. Offers and Product Descriptions: The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
  3. Ordering Process and Contract Formation: The customer can select products without obligation and add them to the shopping cart using the [Add to Cart] button. By clicking the [Buy] button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products in the cart. The seller then sends an automatic confirmation by email.
  4. Prices and Shipping Costs: Prices shown include all components, excluding any taxes such as VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be listed separately during the checkout process.
  5. Delivery and Product Availability: If the selected product is not available at the time of order, the seller will inform the customer immediately.
  6. Payment Terms: The customer may choose from the payment methods listed during the order process.
  7. Retention of Title: Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.
  8. Warranty and Guarantee: Statutory warranty rights apply.
  9. Liability: Claims for damages by the customer are excluded, except for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and for other damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the seller or its agents. For the breach of essential contractual duties, the seller is only liable for typical foreseeable damages if caused by simple negligence. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

  12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If the customer is a business, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the seller’s place of business.
